I used to wonder who makes the magic happen at those giant, beautiful castles by the sea. Well, I finally found out! It's all thanks to the Hospitality Centre of Excellence (CoE).

It's like a secret training ground where the older ones in our neighborhood like my big sister Amirah or Abang Haziq go to, to learn the ropes so they can have the coolest jobs right here at home!

Here's the inside scoop on what they do there:
They get to join a special internship programme where they don't just watch — they do! They learn how to handle the front desk, make sure the rooms are perfect (that's called housekeeping), and serve the yummiest food and drinks. They even learn boss-level management skills so they know how to lead a whole team. The best part is that after they graduate, they get to move into full-time jobs!
Kakak is in the middle of her training right now, and Abang Haziq has already graduated and is working for real! I used to think you had to go to the city to do big things, but Abang Haziq showed me that the biggest adventures are happening right in our own backyard. I love it because it helps our families stay together and helps our town stay happy and busy.
